Introduction

The Administrative Policy Guidance  is the primary vehicle for distributing procedural information and policy of the management of the International Trade Administration (ITA) activities.  ITA administrative policy guidance communicates Department of Commerce and ITA administrative and management policies and procedures.  This is issued on the authority of the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration and is intended as INTERNAL GUIDANCE directed to ITA employees.
