Iraqi Violations of Cease-fire Agreement

- Use of force to block UN inspectors from suspected weapons of mass destruction (WMD) production and munitions sites;
- Confiscating documents relating to chemical, biological, and nuclear production and acquisition programs;
- Hiding and destroying documents relating to Iraqi production of WMD;
- Hiding production facilities and equipment capable of producing WMD;
- Falsely reporting weapons destruction and production capacity; and
- Harassing and threatening inspectors and endangering their safety, including dangerous actions against airborne UNSCOM helicopters.
