Complaints about Health Care Facilities 1-800-792-9770 Complaint Hotline –- Members of the public – including patients and health care facility employees - may call to file complaints about hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, comprehensive personal care homes, adult medical day care, pediatric medical day care facilities, and a range of other licensed acute- and long-term care facilities. Areas in which help is available include: addiction during pregnancy, prenatal care, post-partum depression awareness and treatment, child and adolescent services, family planning, WIC services, immunization, cystic fibrosis, cancer education and early detection, and finding a primary health care center.
