Welcome to the National Weather Service Tallahassee on-line storm spotter training. Below is a link to the storm spotter training presentation, which can be viewed online using Internet Explorer or downloaded as a Microsoft Office PowerPoint file. The presentation is quite long and is best completed in sections. After completing the presentation please proceed to the on-line spotter test to obtain a course completion certificate. Upon successful completion of the on-line spotter test you will be contacted and provided with information on how to join the spotter program.

Note: This spotter training course is intended for volunteers within the NWS Tallahassee's area of responsibility. Each NWS Forecast Office designs and administers the SKYWARN^TM Spotter program to best serve their area. Please contact your local NWS Forecast office to become part of SKYWARN^TM in your area.
