April 25 Executive Session Agenda Announced
 
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation announces the agenda for its Executive Session scheduled for Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at 2:30 p.m., in room 253 of the Russell Senate Office Building. The agenda includes:
1.         Nominations for Promotion in the United States Coast Guard, (PNs 386 and 423)
 
2.         S.357, Ten-in-Ten Fuel Economy Act  
 
3.         S.____, Identity Theft Prevention Act of 2007
 
4.         S.294, Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act of 2007
 
5.         S. 675, Training for Realtime Writers Act of 2007
 
6.         S.428, IP-Enabled Voice Communications and Public Safety Act of 2007
 
7.         S.924, Integrated Deepwater Program Reform Act
 
8.         S.1142, The Coastal and Estuarine Land Protection Act
 
9.         S.311, To amend the Horse Protection Act to prohibit the shipping, transporting, moving, delivering, receiving, possessing, purchasing, selling, or donation of horses and other     equines        to  be slaughtered for human consumption.
