The mission of the Texas Rural Cooperative Center is to contribute toward the improvement of the economic condition of rural areas in the Texas/Mexico Border Region through cooperative formation and development.

The Texas Rural Cooperative Center provides a broad range of general technical assistance to client organizations including assistance with cooperative formation; business plan development; capital acquisition; marketing plan formulation; and feasibility studies.
