1997 COOP Award Recipients

A 50 year Institutional award was presented to Koch Gateway Pipeline Company. Accepting the award is John S. Feaster, the observer. Making the presentation is (L-R) Marion Kuykendall (DAPM) and Lee Harrison (MIC), Shreveport, LA.

A 25 year Institutional award was presented to the Corps of Engineers at Columbia Locks, La. Accepting the award is David Ainsworth. Presentation was made by Hollis Kesterson (HMT), Shreveport, LA.

A 15 year Length of Service award was presented to H. P. Elrod of Naples, Tx. Presentation was made by Grady Wright (HMT), Shreveport, La.

A 25 year Institutional Award was presented to Louisiana Power and Light Company at Sterlington, La. Accepting the award is (l-r) Gary Barnes, Mark Gulley, and Allen Johnson. Making the presentation is Richard Ogle (HMT), Shreveport, La.

A 50 year Institutional Award was presented to Louisiana Tech University School of Foresty in Ruston, Louisiana. Accepting the award is Sammy Riser. Presentation was made by Marion Kuykendall, DAPM (not pictured), and Richard Ogle, HMT of WSFO Shreveport, Louisiana.

A 25 year Institutional Award was presented to Southern Natural Gas Company at Bienville, La. Presentation was made by Marion Kuykendall, DAPM (not pictured), and Richard Ogle, HMT of WSFO Shreveport, Louisiana.

The "John Campanius Holm Award" was awarded to John W. Teeter Jr, from Prescott, Ar. Making the presentation L-R: Steve Griffin (HMT), Lee Harrison (MIC), Hollis Kesterson (Retired HMT), John W Teeter, Jr (Recipient), Harry Hassel (Regional Director-SRH), Marion Kuykendall (DAPM), and Richard Ogle (HMT).

The "Thomas Jefferson Award" was awarded to Estes B. Bozeman, from Winnfield, La. 10 year length of service award presented to Melba M. Oney

A 10 year Length Of Service Award was presented to Melba M. Oney of Harleton, Tx. Presentaion was made by Steve Griffin, (HMT) of WSO Shreveport, Louisiana.

A 45 year Length of Service award was presented to Mrs. Claudine Woodard of Winnsboro, Tx. Making the presentation L-R: Lee Harrison, (MIC), H. L. Woodard (husband), Claudine Woodard (Recipient), and Marion Kuykendall (DAPM), of WSFO Shreveport.

A 20 year Length of Service Award was presented to Dr. John T. Attebery of Magnolia, AR. Presentation was made by Steve Griffin (HMT), Shreveport, LA.

A 25 year Length of Service award was presented to Mrs. Charles Wood for her deceased husband, Charles D. Wood. Presentation was made by Grady Wright and Richard Ogle, (HMT`s), Shreveport, La.
