NIUSI advocates for inclusive urban schools by engaging families, students, practitioners, and school leaders in partnerships for transformation. We hope this website engages you in understanding the experiences and histories that urban children and their families bring to their local schools. We offer assistance for schools that are engaged in building inclusive school communities where every student is included and successful.

Our website will help you develop insight into the complex issue faced by urban families and their children as they strive for access to high quality, results-oriented education.
