Small Business Outreach Conference

The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) held a Small Business Outreach Conference in Washington, DC on February 23, 2004. The event was organized by Contracts and Purchasing Operations (CPO) with support from Wynnewood Technologies, Inc. The goal of the conference was to familiarize small and small disadvantaged businesses with the mission of the Department and the many programs supporting that mission. Businesses were informed of FY 2004 contracting opportunities in support of this mission, including the MATO recompetition. Speakers included Anne Radice, Chief of Staff to Secretary Paige, and Jack Martin , Chief Financial Officer. Nearly 200 individuals from small businesses and the Department attended the event.
