WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Department of Justice Community Relations Service (CRS) will sponsor a briefing by representatives of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of California, the INS, and the FBI at a Community Forum hosted by the Muslim Community Association in Santa Clara, California on April 4, 2002. The Forum will be held at the Muslim Community Association, 3001 Scott Street in Santa Clara, California. It is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

"The presentations by U.S. Department of Justice officials on Post-September 11 activities serve as an excellent means for improving relations between Federal law enforcement agencies and the Arab, Muslim, Sikh, and South Asian communities. CRS' outreach activities to these communities are essential elements in the fulfillment of the President's and the Attorney General's vision of peaceful communities for all Americans" said Director Sharee M. Freeman of the Community Relations Service.
