COLUMBUS, OH – The hunt for former
National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. executive Rebecca Parrett
continues. On March 28, 2008 a U.S. District court judge issued an arrest
warrant for Parrett after she failed to report to the Pretrial Services
Office near her home in Carefree, Arizona. Parrett was convicted on several
counts of fraud on March 13, 2008 and was facing up to 20 years in prison on
the more serious counts. Victims in the case suffered losses totaling $2
billion. “In our investigation, we’ve
learned that Ms. Parrett has health related issues. Her family, associates
and friends should understand that she is not receiving the proper medical
attention that is required,” said United States Marshal for the Southern
District of Ohio, Jim Wahlrab.
“I’d encourage anyone with information regarding the possible whereabouts of
Rebecca Parrett to call our 24-hour tip line at (614) 469-5540.”

Marshals Service are kept confidential and callers can remain anonymous.
Authorities are offering a reward for anyone offering information that leads
to the capture of this federal fugitive. |
