 LONE STAR FUGITIVE TASK FORCE ARRESTS 5TH SUSPECT IN WILLIAMSON COUNTY KIDNAPPING
 
AUSTIN – Jorge O. Benavides of Buda, a fourth suspect identified in last weeks kidnapping and ransom of a 74-year old Williamson County man recovered in San Antonio, was arrested outside his home in the 300 block of Cody Lane, in Buda, Texas this evening at approximately 5:15pm by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. Benavides was taken into custody without incident after extensive surveillance by the Task Force throughout the day culminated in Benavides’s arrest shortly after he departed his residence.

Members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force participating in this evening’s arrest were the Austin Police Department – Intelligence Unit, Hays County Sheriff’s Department and SWAT Team, Williamson County Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Marshals Service.
