The United States Trustee Program's duties include approving providers of an instructional course concerning personal financial management (debtor education providers) for inclusion on a publicly available list of approved providers. If a United States Trustee decides not to approve or to remove a provider from the approved list, that provider may obtain administrative review of the decision from the Executive Office for U.S. Trustees. See 28 C.F.R. § 58.25 – 58.27 [PDF - 137 KB]; 11 U.S.C. § 111. Copies of the Executive Office's administrative decisions are publicly available below pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(2), although certain information has been redacted.
