To ensure the achievement of Freddie Mac's housing mission, we foster an increasingly diverse work culture where all employees have the opportunity to be included, add value and contribute to their fullest potential. To that extent our Office of Diversity and Inclusion seeks to drive diversity and inclusion strategy throughout the organization, integrate and align our diversity and inclusion vision with our daily business practices, and communicate related goals and progress to the organization. We do that through outreach, training and education, recruitment and retention and employee networks.

In addition, we have in place a strong supplier diversity program to help ensure that our suppliers reflect the diversity of the American workforce and of Freddie Mac.
