(VEXP), dated Dec 15, 1998. Vendor express packages are now available
on the NFC website for vendors to retrieve. The NFC bulletin states
that electronic funds transfer (EFT) will be activated within 14 days
of receipt of the package and verification of test data from the vendor's
bank.
