POSITION LOCATION: U.S. Department of Justice Office of Legal
Policy, Washington, D.C. 20530.
QUALIFICATIONS: First-year (second semester only), second and
third-year law students. Excellent research and writing skills with
a knowledge of Lexis/Nexis and Westlaw.
DATE POSITION AVAILABLE: As Openings arise.
ASSIGNMENT: Legal interns will conduct legal and non-legal
research and analysis, prepare memoranda and talking points, and assemble
briefing books and other materials relating to legal and policy issues
for the Assistant Attorney General, Deputy Assistant Attorneys General,
and other members of the office.
SALARY: No compensation - volunteer or work-study credit only.
