Payment Information for Federal Vendors
The Cincinnati Finance Center (CFC) is responsible for processing all federal disbursements for EPA. The various types of federal payments include: Disbursement Interagency Agreements; General Service Administration Rental Payments (SLUC); Government Printing Office; Reimbursable Work Authorizations; Office of Personnel Management Training and Security Investigations; and Working Capital Fund payments to Federal agencies. Federal agencies submitting invoices for payment from EPA should use the Treasury's Intergovernmental Payment and Collection System (IPAC). The following is CFC's ALC and contact information.
