Thompson, Langevin Inquire on DHS Cybersecurity

July 27, 2007 (WASHINGTON) – Today, Committee on Homeland Security Committee Chairman Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) and Subcommittee on Emerging Threats, Cybersecurity, and Science and Technology Chairman James R. Langevin (D-RI) sent a letter to Scott Charbo, Chief Information Officer, Department of Homeland Security and Robert West, Chief Information Security Officer, Department of Homeland Security. The letter, attached below, expresses concerns over information security at the Department and asks questions in response to a recent Inspector General report.
