Purpose and Overview of the PCC Strategic Planning Process

The proposed strategic directions and associated goals linked below were presented to the membership at the ALA Midwinter, PCC Participants’ Meeting in San Antonio, 2006. At ALA Annual in New Orleans 2006, action items, as refined by the breakout groups held at the spring Operations Committee meeting, will be presented to the PCC community. Additional input is welcome concerning specific ways in which the goals can be actualized and pursued as part of the tactical implementation of the plan.
