Becoming a SunWise Partner

Grade K - 8 educators: Please use our SunWise School registration form rather than this page.

SunWise understands the benefits of partnering with non-profit organizations, university professors, and informal educators to spread the word about sun safety. We welcome the participation of registered 501(c)(3) organizations such as science centers and camps, children's museums, and scouting groups. We also encourage student teachers and teacher trainers to use the Program.

If you want to join the SunWise community and receive a SunWise Tool Kit, please complete the registration form below. If you do not fit the SunWise Partner description above, or if you cannot use the online form, please contact us at sunwise@epa.gov.

We will use the information collected in this form to create a database of partner organizations participating in the SunWise program. We also may create a mailing list to provide program updates (via email if available).

We may mention the name of your organization as a partner with the SunWise Program. We will not release any other information from this registration page to anyone outside EPA without obtaining your permission.

The public reporting and record-keeping burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 20 minutes per response. Burden means the total time, effort, or financial resources expended by persons to generate maintain, retain, disclose, or provide information to or for a federal agency. An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMB control number.
