Deputy Secretary of State Robert B. Zoellick will deliver an address on United States-China relations at the National Committee on United States-China Relations’ gala dinner on Wednesday, September 21, 7:30 p.m., at the Pierre Hotel in New York City (5th Avenue at 61st Street).
The Deputy Secretary’s speech comes one week after the meeting between Presidents George W. Bush and Hu Jintao in New York City and one month after Deputy Secretary Zoellick’s senior-level strategic dialogue with his Chinese counterpart Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Dai Bingguo.
Deputy Secretary Zoellick’s remarks will be open for press coverage, but space is limited.
