HR 1246 Military Readiness Enhancement Act - To repeal ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”
HR 691 Fallen Servicemember Respectful Return Act - To require the DoD to deliver the remains of fallen military personnel to the military or civilian airport nearest to the final destination chosen by the family.

HR 369 Transparency and Accountability in Security Contracting Act – To establish transparency requirements for PSCs to give info on the number of personnel they’re employing, their training protocol, and activities. Requires contractors to receive rules of engagement, establish clear lines of communication, and extend Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act to cover all PSCs, not just those contracted by DoD.
H Con Res 46 To declare that it is the policy of the United States not to establish any military installation or base for the purpose of providing for the permanent stationing of United States Armed Forces in Iraq and not to exercise United States control of the oil resources of Iraq.

HR 1331 Hybrid Tax incentives - To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a tax credit for new qualified plug-in hybrid motor vehicles.
HR 2169 Clean Water Protection Act - To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to clarify that fill material cannot be comprised of waste.
HR 1157 Breast Cancer & Environmental Reserach Act - To provide critical support ($40 million per year in Fiscal Years 2008-2012) necessary to investigate the relationship between environmental factors and breast cancer.
HR 39 Udall-Eisenhower Wilderness Act – To permanently protect the coastal plain of ANWR from oil and gas drilling by designating the area as wilderness.

HR 1134 Physical Therapist Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Act - To add physical therapists as eligible professionals for the National Health Services Corp’s student loan repayment plan. It will enable physical therapists to reach underserved communities, by addressing the debt load of PT students.
HR 621 The Home Oxygen Protection Act - To protect the nearly one million oxygen patients in the Medicare program, by repealing the change in Medicare policy for oxygen therapy enacted in the DRA that requires these beneficiaries to own the complex oxygen equipment.
HR 1367 The Paul Wellstone Mental Health and Addiction Equity Act - To equalize mental health and addiction benefits with other health care benefits.
HR 1277 The Medicare Prescription Drug Benefits Gap Elimination Act - To eliminate the gap in benefits between standard coverage and catastrophic coverage under the Medicare prescription drug program under part D of title XVIII of the Social Security Act.
