I want to serve my constituents in any way I can. Whether you need help with a federal agency, are trying to find out if federal grants are available for your project, or are considering applying to a service academy. I hope all the information in this section will be helpful.
One of the most
important things I do as a U.S. Representative is help people with
federal problems. Although I cannot override the decisions made by a
federal agency, I can often intervene on a person's behalf to answer
questions, find solutions, or just cut through the red tape.
Below you will find a list of agencies that I can help you with.
However, regardless of which agency you need help with, I need a
completed privacy authorization form (general casework / immigration related casework) to comply with the provisions of the Privacy Act.
When completed, please fax or mail the form to my district office.
Which agency do you need help with?
All
constituent services casework regarding help with a federal agency is
handled through my district office in Richardson. Please email your
respective completed privacy form to my district office at samjohnsoncasework@mail.house.gov
or fax it to my district office at 972-470-9937. Emailing or faxing
your request for assistance with a federal agency to my Washington,
D.C. office may result in a delayed response. Emails sent directly
from my website are routed to my Washington, D.C. office.
