Thompson to Hold Diversity Roundtable

(WASHINGTON) – On Wednesday, June 25th, Rep. Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS), Chairman of the Committee on Homeland Security, will hold a Diversity Best Practices Roundtable. The roundtable will bring together acknowledged diversity leaders from several business sectors, including private for-profit businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental entities, to discuss their challenges and experiences in achieving model diversity initiatives. The lessons that these entities have already learned may yield important information that can be used to increase workforce diversity in the Federal sector.
