Congressional Record: Retrieve a Page

  • Once a page has been retrieved, use the arrows or input box to go to other pages.
  • The Congressional Record is divided into four separate parts (Proceedings of the House of Representatives, Proceedings of the Senate, Extensions of Remarks, and Daily Digest). The page numbers of each part are numbered consecutively beginning with page one when each session of Congress convenes and marked with "folio prefix" (H, S, E, D respectively.
