United States Congressman, Jeff Miller
MILLER ANNOUNCES MORE VETERANS ASSISTANCE DAYS

Pensacola, Fl (April 11, 2006) - Congressman Jeff Miller (R-FL-01) announced today additional office hours for veterans. In order to better serve the needs of veterans who are not close to the Congressman’s Pensacola or Ft. Walton offices, special “mobile office” days have been established. Congressman Miller’s Veterans’ Affairs specialist, Retired Master Chief Bill Cooper, will be manning the office answering questions about Veterans’ benefits, casework, or healthcare service.

“This is just another way we can better serve our growing veterans population in Northwest Florida,” Miller said. “We tried the mobile office concept earlier, and we had such an outstanding turnout that we decided to add more dates and locations to the program.

Florida’s First District is one of the highest concentrations of any Congressional District in the nation, with over 100,000 veterans.
