Training and continuing education
February 3: C. Burroughs and M. Blake conducted the outreach evaluation workshop for invited PNR network members in Seattlle, WA
February 5: C. Burroughs gave a presentation for the National Library of Medicine about the Outreach Evaluation Resource Center
Consultation with Network members and NNO
Provided assistance for development of a needs assessment survey of Indian Health Services staff in a tribal community.
Provided feedback about a working draft of the community partnership RFP.
As a resource to the evaluation consultant for Tribal Connections Phase 3 (TC3), C. Burroughs attended TC3 staff meetings and provided input on the development of the memorandum of understanding template.
C. Burroughs continued the public libraries and public health evaluation task forces by drafting the evaluation plan for each task force.
Assistance with analysis, synthesis, and reporting of evaluation results
Developed draft plan for evaluating public libraries and public health outreach initiatives.
Began testing ways to measure outputs listed in the public libraries and public health logic models.
Communications and collaboration
Continued maintaining and updating the OERC website.
Participation as a resource for the TC4 Collaboration project.
Attended meetings, as invited member, of the NIEHS Superfund Basic Research Program External Advisory Group.
Launched the outreach_eval listserv
Utilization and promotion of the evaluation guide
NN/LM PNR continued to distribute the guide based on request.
