Methodology

The OIP Cooperation Program methodology helps move countries forward in developing strong export control systems as a national priority. This methodology divides the program to three distinct stages . These stages progress from an initial assessment of capabilities to program implementation and evaluation.

Stage 1:
Assess, evaluate, and recommend a plan for a cooperative exchange program.

Stage 2:
Cooperative implementation of program development and implementation.

Stage 3:
Cooperative program evaluation to measure success and move to phase out elements of a country program.
