Clinical Guidelines on the Identification, Evaluation, and Treatment of Overweight and Obesity in Adults

Evidence Model Questions Addressed by Evidence Tables

The Expert Panel abstracted 236 randomized controlled trials (RCTs) articles and compiled the data into evidence tables for each RCT. They also developed summary tables to address the 23 questions related to the patient portion of the Evidence Model. Below are the 23 questions with summary evidence tables. The numbers refer to the arrows in the Model. Select the questions below to retrieve the corresponding summary table. You may also select the Reference List from the full report at the following the list of questions.

The summary evidence tables below are in PDF format. You need the Acrobat Reader to access the files. For more information, select "Information About PDF" or "Information for Visitors Using Screen Readers"

The tables are best printed in landscape orientation on legal size paper. You may also print the tables on regular paper when you select the "Shrink to Fit" option in the print dialog.
