SEC v. Cornerstone Prodigy Group, Inc. and Executive Netprofits, Inc., April 2000

On April 14, 2000, the Court entered permanent injunctions against Cornerstone Prodigy Group, Inc. and others in connection with their perpetration of a Ponzi scheme through Internet postings and cold call sales. For more information about the SEC's action, you can read Litigation Release Nos. 16371 (November 24, 1999), 16390 (December 15, 1999), and 16521 (April 18, 2000).

The court appointed Michael J. Quilling of Dallas, Texas as receiver to oversee the collection and distribution of assets. In late August 2000, Mr. Quilling sent cheeks to eligible investors.
