Filing a complaint form is only the first step in the process. Read tips about communicating with the pet owner, before you send the complaint.

  • Call 206-296-PETS (7387), extension 24, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; OR

  • Download, print and mail or FAX a hard-copy complaint form (DOC, 127KB) to:

    • Mail to King County Animal Care and Control, 21615 - 64th Ave. S, Kent, WA 98032; or
    • FAX to  206-205-8043

  • Download, save as Word document, fill out, and e-mail completed complaint form (DOC, 127KB) to pets@kingcounty.gov.
