Biological Control Coordinating
Council
The Biological Control Coordinating Council
(BCCC) is composed of senior-level administrators
in USDA agencies including CSREES, ARS (Agricultural
Research Service), APHIS (Animal & Plant
Health Inspection Service), ERS (Economic
Research Service), FSA (Farm Service Agency),
NAL (National Agricultural Library), and
OPMP (Office of Pest Management Policy).
The charge of the BCCC is to achieve better

about biological control issues across the
Federal Government. An action plan is under
development. For more information, contact Robert
Nowierski in CSREES or Ernest
