The U.S. Commercial Service offers valuable assistance to help U.S. businesses export goods and services to markets worldwide.

Our Mission

We promote economic prosperity, enhance job creation, and strengthen national security through a global network of the best international trade professionals in the world.  We promote and protect U.S. commercial interests abroad and deliver customized solutions to ensure that U.S. businesses compete and win in the global marketplace.  The U.S. Commercial Service places primary emphasis on the promotion of exports of goods and services from the United States, particularly by small- and medium-sized businesses, and on the protection of United States business interests abroad.  Our agency's network includes 107 U.S. Export Assistance Centers throughout the United State, and more than 150 offices overseas.
