Summary:
Reclamation proposes to execute a one-year Warren Act Contract for 2008 to convey 20,000 acre-feet of Kern Tulare and Rag Gulch Water (KTRG) Districts Kern River water and State Water Project water available through agreements with Kern County Water Agency, into the Friant Kern Canal (FKC) for direct delivery to KTRG.

Draft EA available January 22, 2008. Comments due February 1, 2008. FONSI signed and final EA completed on February 14, 2008.
