Summary:
Reclamation proposes to purchase a 41.56-acre parcel of land adjacent to San Justo Reservoir in San Benito County. The purpose of the land purchase is to compensate the landowner for the loss of land use due to landslides on landowners property caused by the seepage of water from San Justo Reservoir.

Draft EA available for review on March 5, 2007. Comments were due April 4, 2007. FONSI signed and final EA available April 30, 2007.
