Summary:
The Bureau of Reclamation proposes to approve a temporary Warren Act contract for one year with Lindsay-Strathmore Irrigation District (LSID) to convey up to 10,000 acre feet of non-Project Water in excess capacity in Project facilities, when feasible. LSID owns shares of stock in Wutchumna water from LSIDs entitlement to Kaweah River water.
