Welcome to the Interagency Labor Relations Forum

The ILRF is a non-profit professional organization comprised of current and former labor relations professionals who represent or have represented federal agency managers in labor relations matters.

The ILRF provides a variety of resources and services to federal labor relations professionals, including training, publications and peer-to-peer consultation through our Discussion Forum.

Membership is open to:

  • Any Federal government employee who is involved in or administers a Department's or Agency's labor relations program on behalf of management.
  • Members in good standing who leave Federal service.
  • Individuals who leave Federal service but continue to be actively involved in Federal labor relations issues in support of management or as a neutral (for example, as consultants, trainers, academicians, writers), provided they were involved in or administered a Department's or Agency's labor relations program on behalf of management when they were Federally employed.

If you would like to join, simply contact ILRF via email, providing your name, agency, position title, work phone number and email address.
