Household Survey Results 2002

The monthly household survey is used as the major data collection to assess customer satisfaction for the U.S. Department of Transportation(DOT) Performance Plan. The survey asks supplementary questions each month to address DOT five strategic goals: safety, mobility, economic growth, the human and natural environment, and national security. And it asks general questions about satisfaction with the transportation system and public interactions with DOT agencies.

For questions about the survey or assistance in developing questions, please contact us at or call us at 800-853-1351.
