SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning dis-closure to the public of infor-mation on the rates, terms, and conditions of all interstate, interexchange services.

SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning the availability and deployment of advanced services.

SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning: (1) the limited exemption from competitive bidding for the 1998-99 funding year in the schools and libraries and rural health care universal service support mechanisms; and (2) the period during which schools and libraries may apply discounts for nonrecurring services.

5 INTERNATIONAL TITLE: The Establishment of Policies and Service Rules for the Mobile Satellite Service in the 2 GHz Band (RM-9328).

SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning the authorization of mobile satellite service in the 2 GHz frequency band.


6 INTERNATIONAL TITLE: 1998 Biennial Regulatory Review -- Review of International COMMON
CARRIER Regulations (IB Docket No. 98-118).

SUMMARY: The Commission will consider action concerning rules to streamline and simplify the authorization of carriers to provide international telecommunications services and to remove regulatory restrictions on the provision of international telecommunications services.
