The Pacific Business Center
The Pacific Business Center Program (PBCP) uses program staff, and University of Hawaii faculty and staff, graduate students, and consultants to provide technical and management assistance to new and existing businesses, community development organizations, and government agencies throughout the State of Hawaii, the U.S. Territories of Guam and American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republics of the Marshall Islands and Palau.
