One of the endeavours of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs is to provide financing for Native Hawaiian Entrepreneurs seeking to start and grow businesses within the state. There are currently two loan programs available for Native Hawaiians:
Native Hawaiian Revolving Loan Fund
The Native Hawaiian Revolving Loan Fund (NHRLF) is a lending program for Native Hawaiians whose mission is to increase sustainable, Native Hawaiian-owned businesses by fostering economic independence, commitment, and fiscal responsibility through entrepreneurial/job development.
