Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act passed! Through the efforts of FORCE and other organizations and individuals involved with the Coalition for Genetic Fairness, on May 21, 2008 President Bush signed GINA into law. These laws will not take effect until 2009. Please check our advocacy page for more details as they become available.
