Establishments which satisfy the criteria of a department store
(see above) and:  Usually provide check-out service and customer
assistance (sales persons) within each department; Usually have a
catalog order service; Are affiliated with a company which operates
similar establishments on a national basis.

These stores often sell:  Soft goods and hard goods which are their
own corporate brands or are unbranded; Appliances which are
serviced by their own company.
