Request a Proclamation or a Letter from Gov. Ritter
To request a proclamation or a letter from Gov. Ritter, please send us an email through the Constituent Services page.

Please be sure to include the following:
For a letter:
- Background information about your group/organization.
- The purpose of the letter.
- For birthday, anniversary, retirement or other greeting letters, please include the home address of the party you are requesting the letter for, as well as the actual mailing address where you would like the letter sent.
For a proclamation:
- All relevant information pertaining to your group/organization.
- Sample language.
- Please make sure you have the date(s) of the day/week/month being proclaimed, as well as your deadline for receiving the proclamation.
Please be aware of the one-month processing time for proclamations and letters. Due to the sheer volume and varied nature of proclamation and letter requests, we regret the Governor's Office may not be able to accommodate every request.
