Hello There Everyone,

My name is Gerry Leary. I am a TOTALLY blind person. My address is [ ... ]. I walk from #5 to #10 miles per day at least five days a week. I would like you to support the prowac report because there are many intersections where I don't get an accurate read of the traffic lights. Yes I should listen to traffic to determine when to go, but it would be nice to know what the lights are doing. Just like sighted people I think that the Blind need to be aware of the same clues and conditions that the sighted people are made aware of. Thank you for reading and listening to my request.
