' I am writing to express my strong support for audible traffic signals. I travel in to work every day in Philadelphia. As an example, I have to cross 7th and market on a regular basis. sometimes it is impossible to tell when the light is green. One time a truck hit me. Fortunately, I was not hurt, but could very well have been. I might add that I have had very good mobility training. Although it has been helpful, audible traffic signals are still definitely needed.
