Hi my name is: Carmelo Rodriguez, and I am writing to you to let you know about the danger that you would be putting us the Blind, and visually impaired in the event that this equipment were to be installed. If this equipment were to be installed in every intersection, the noise level would be so unbearable, that our concentrations would be disturbed, instead of being helped.
This on the other hand makes it for the us the blind and visually impaired much harder, and dangerous than it is now.
