FREEDOM OF INFORMATIONIn accordance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), and USDA regulations at 7 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), any person can request access to Forest Service (FS) records. Requests for records at the Los Padres National Forest should be made in writing to the address listed below. Requests may be sent by mail, fax, or e-mail. Please include a mailing address to which releasable hard copy records can be sent. Los Padres National Forest On October 2, 1996, President Clinton signed into law the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 (EFOIA).
