| Knott County CERT members are presently being recruited. After training these team members will be visible participants at health fairs and other local gatherings to educate at risk citizens in disaster preparedness and emergency self-help procedures. They will be organized for quick response to vulnerable population areas, and will assist with damage assessment, traffic/crowd control, rescue and other recovery activities as needed. |
