| CERT team members will be visible participants at health fairs and other local gatherings to educate at- risk citizens in disaster preparedness and emergency self-help procedures. They will be organized for quick response to vulnerable population areas. They will assist with damage assessment, traffic/crowd control, rescue and other recovery activities as needed. CERT team members are currently being recruited. |
